Antibusing demonstration is held in Natick.

Over 1,000 antibusing demonstrators take part in a motorcade to the home of the Boston Globe publisher in Natick. The demonstrators make their way to the home of John Taylor, president of Affiliated Publications, the parent company of the Boston Globe, to protest the paper’s coverage of the busing controversy and Taylor’s membership in the United Way.
